How to View Orders and Jobs on the Calendar
ONYX Align features a production Calendar that allows you to view all active Orders and Jobs within your shop and when they are due.

(1) Navigate to Calendar
(2) Select the View

Description |

Week |
Displays 7 days for the selected week (Sunday - Monday). |
|
Work week |
Displays 5 days for the selected week (Monday - Friday). |
|
Rolling 5 days |
Displays the upcoming 5 days from the selected day. |
|
Month |
Displays the full calendar month for the selected month. |
(3) Select the date
(4) Filter between viewing due Orders, Jobs or both
-Note: If an Order is not appearing, make sure it has been converted from an Estimate to an Order and that it has a proper Order Due Date assigned to it. If a Job is not appearing, make sure the Job belongs within an active Order and that the Job has a proper Job Due Date assigned to it.
