How to Send an Invoice via Email
ONYX Align allows you to generate Invoices and send them via email to your customers. These emails contain a custom message and link to the Invoice and use whichever email application you use to conduct business.
Table of Contents
(1) Click on the "More..." icon within an Order
(2) Click "Send mail"
(3) Provide information for the email
(3.1) Select the recipient(s)
(3.2) Change the Template to "Custom"
(3.3) Provide the Subject for the email
(3.4) Provide the Message for the email
(3.5) Select whether you want to include download links for the Estimate, Invoice, or both
(4) Click "Send"
(7) Review the email in our email application
-ONYX Align will generate and open the email within your system's default email application.
-If the email is opening in the incorrect email application, make sure you have set the correct default email application within your system settings.
-Review the email information to make sure it is accurate.
(8) Send the email from your email application
