How to Move an Order to History
Orders within ONYX Align that have been completed can be moved to the History section. Orders contained within History retain all of their information and are able to be reordered as needed.
Table of Contents
(1) Advance all Products within the Order to the "Complete" status
-If you need assistance with changing Product status, see How to Change Product Status.
(2) Ensure that the Order has been paid in full
-You can view the Payment Overview to see if the Order has been paid in full within the Costs and Revenues tab.
-If you need to record a payment on the order, see How to Record Payments on an Order.
(3) Click the "Move to history" button in the top right corner of the Order
(4) Navigate to the History section to view the Order
