How to Convert an Estimate to an Order
All Orders within ONYX Align begin as an Estimate. Orders are created by converting an Estimate into an Order.

(1) Create an Estimate
Note

(2) Issue the Estimate
Issuing the Estimate will update the Order Status to In Progress.
Note

(3) Mark the Estimate as Accepted
Marking the Estimate as Accepted will update the Order Status to Ready to Convert, which will trigger the display of the “Convert to Order” button in the Estimate header and the Order Status section.

(4) Select the “Convert to Order” button
Note
If you want to convert an Estimate to an Order without issuing or accepting it, you can select the “More…” button and select the “Convert to Order” action.
