How to Add a Contact to an Account
Multiple Contacts can be added to customer Accounts within ONYX Align. Contacts allow you to specify the name, shipping address, email address, phone number and more. You are able to assign Contacts to specific Estimates and Orders.
Table of Contents
(1) Navigate to the Accounts section
(2) Select the Account you would like to add a Contact to
(3) Click on the "Contacts" tab
(4) Click "+Add Contact"
(5) Provide information for all of the required fields for the new Contact

First Name |
The first name of the contact. |
Last Name |
The last name of the contact. |
Default Shipping Address |
The default shipping address to be selected when this Contact is assigned to an Estimate or Order. |
Default Billing Address |
The default billing address to be selected when this Contact is assigned to an Estimate or Order. |
Role |
The role of the Contact at their place of employment. |
Status |
The current status of the Contact. |
Email Addresses |
The email address(es) for the contact. Adding tags allows you to label each email address added. |
Phone Numbers |
The phone number(s) for the contact. Adding tags allows you to label each phone number added. |
(6) Click "Save"
