To create a new Cut Layer manually:

1. Click the Add a new Layer button () at the bottom of the Cut File Tools panel (Figure 1).
2. Enter a name for the layer and click [OK].
3. Make a Cutter Settings selection for the new Layer.
4. Add Cut Paths to the new layer.

NOTE: Cut Layer and Settings changes are not saved automatically. Select Save icon from the Tool Bar to ensure any changes you make to Layers and Settings are saved.
