Cutters  

The Cutters option allows you to manage your cutters. From this screen you can Add, Delete, and Configure Cutters. You can also set [Cut Path Settings].

 

To access the Cutters options, click Preferencesicon from the main toolbar and select Cutters icon.

 

You can set the following Cut Path Settings:

  • Sort Cut Paths - This option improves cut accuracy and efficiency by sorting cut paths in a logical manner to reduce media feed adjustment while cutting.
  • Allow Open Cut Paths - This option allows you to use cut paths that are not completely closed. This gives you a margin of error when creating your cut paths. It is also commonly used to create air vents in large banners and other displays subject to wind.

 

NOTE: Both of these options are automatically selected by default.
