NOTE: Before configuring a SCSI printer, both the printer and the computer must be turned on and connected with a SCSI cable. SCSI cables should never be plugged in or unplugged unless both the printer and computer are turned off.
To configure a SCSI printer:
If your printer does not show up in the Scan SCSI Devices dialog, the SCSI adapter on the computer or the printer may not be connected or configured properly. Check all SCSI connections and settings and then try again.
