Before you go to [AccuBoost] step, you will need to add or edit your workflow first.

 

1. Click the [Reports and Tools] icon on the toolbar (Figure1).
2. Select the [Customize Workflow] button (Figure 1).
3. Click [Add] or [Edit] button for a new or existing workflow, and choose [Yes] (ICC-Based) or [No] (non ICC-Based).
4. In the [Workflow Name] box, type name.
5. Click [Workflow Feature], and enable the options that you want. You also can select whether or not you want to print a test image after each step (Figure 2). (NOTE: All features are checked in default settings.)
6. Click the stop Button ( ) and choose [Yes] to close the “Workflow Editor” window

 

Now you can create or edit a profile using this workflow.

In the [ONYX AccuBoost™ ICC ProfileAn international standard for describing color transformations. Also known as ICM (.icm). See also Color Profile and Profile Library.] step;

 

1. Click [Print SwatchStandard print image used by RIP-Queue for profile generation. A swatch contains multiple patches.] button (Figure 3). This opens Print Swatch -ICC Profile dialog.
2. In this window, you can set your desired accuracy using a slider bar in the [Desired Accuracy Boost:] area (Figure 4).
3. Once you the ICC swatch has printed, click [Read swatch] button and read the swatch (Figure 5).
4. After reading the ICC swatch, if it is required modify and manage advanced ICC build settings, click [Edit] Button. It opens Build options dialog. You can change the [Table Size] and [Gamut MappingThe plotting of an image color gamut into the CIE color space.] choosing your desired mapping setting from a drop-down menu Figure 6).
