The Job Editor Toolbar helps you perform many common tasks.

- Open- This icon allows you to open an image into Job Editor. See Opening an Image for more information.

Apply – This icon allows you to apply your Quick Set. See Quick Sets for more information. (Note: If you click [Apply] button, the current settings you have defined the job will be overridden.)
- Save - This icon saves the currently opened job file.
- Submit - This icon sends the currently opened job to RIP-Queue for printing. See Printing an Image for more information.
- Zoom Out - This icon reduces the view size of the image. See View Menu - Zoom Controls for more information.
- Zoom Pull Down - This icon allows you to select a zoom setting by percentage. See View Menu - Zoom Controls for more information.
- Zoom In - This icon increases the view size of the image. See View Menu - Zoom Controls for more information.
- Zoom to Fit - This icon expands or contracts the view size of the image to fit inside your image window. See View Menu - Zoom Controls for more information.
- Crop Tool - This icon allows you to remove unwanted portions of your image by clicking and dragging the dotted line around the edge of your image. See Cropping an Image for more information.
- Zoom Tool - This icon allows you to closely control the zoom in and zoom out of your image. Click your mouse button to zoom in; hold Shift while clicking to zoom out. You can also zoom in on a specific area by clicking and dragging your mouse over an area.

Books – Click this icon to determine the closest printed color for matching or creating your desired color. See Swatch Books for more information
- Job Properties - This icon opens the "Job Properties" dialog. See Job Properties for more information.
- Print Setup - This icon opens the "Process/Print Setup" dialog. See Process & Print Setup for more information.
- Page/ Print Selection – This icon allows you to select specific page or Tile that you want to print. See Tiling for more information.
