After you have clicked Print Swatch, a new dialog opens (Figure 1). Select the device from the drop-down menu. After selecting a device, the swatch information appears below. Device Use the Measurement Device pull-down menu to select, or add the device that you will use to read in the swatch. Click the "..." icon to configure the device. Multi-Point Gray Balance (Desired Gray Balance) Enable Multi-Point Gray Balance to set multiple points in your balance. Click on the numbers in the M and Y columns to edit the values. C is your set primary value and cannot be edited. You can also adjust values in the chart by using the following presets: Equal CMY - click this button to set all the values in the chart to be equal. Values can be edited after this is set. Offset Press - click this button to set values to a determined SWOP value. Values can be edited after this is set. Midtone Black Setup Use this option to set the black ink midpoint. Values range from 1-100%. CMY Gray Setup Colorimetric - Use this option to set values for the a* and b* values. Enter the number in the box. Black Ink Equivalent - Use this option to set your gray balance to match the black ink equivalent. Layout Section Page Size - Choose the page size that you wish to print the swatch with. Copies - Choose the number of copies. Orientation - Choose Landscape or Portrait. Landscape is generally used because it reduces media waste. Print Reflected - Select the Print Reflected checkbox to print a mirror-image of the swatch. This option is useful when printing on backlit or transparency media. Print Label - Select the Print Label checkbox to print a text label after the image. You may wish to use Print Label to record what settings the swatch was printed with. Output: Choose the type of output you want printed Color: Color will print your image with the color setup defined the media. Grayscale: Grayscale will print your image in black-and-white using only the K (black) channel. Separations: Choose separations if you want a different image printed for each color channel. Click Print to print the swatch, or Cancel to close this dialog without printing.	Figure 1
